With its distinctive head-turning styling, the ARC II is the cornerstone of the Arcanaut collection, and an instant contemporary classic. Transcending the parameters of conventional watch design, it is an uncompromisingly avant garde wristwatch, with its sleek, fluid lines streaming seamlessly from case to ergonomically sculpted strap, and defining the unique aesthetic signatures of this dynamic young brand.
Boasting powerful Super-LumiNova accents in a range of vibrant neonesque colours, which provide a striking contrast to the pared-back minimalism of their dark grey composite dials, and the cool micro-blasted matte finish of the immaculately engineered cases, the D’Arc Matter Colours editions have a personality quite unlike any other watch.
Concocted in James Thompson’s infamous Black Badger Den in Stockholm, each of the D’Arc Matter dials are hand manufactured using a secret in-house formula which involves Scandinavian slate, an ultra clear UV-resistant resin, and the help of a heavy duty industrial coffee grinder.

With dials quite literally manufactured out of unobtanium, and cases so streamlined it is as if they were formed by the forces of re-entry into the Earth’s atmosphere, having first been catapulted far into space, the Havender and Klint editions of the ARC II collection by emerging Danish watch company Arcanaut are what you get if you take contemporary Scandinavian styling and allow Stockholm based James Thompson a free reign in his Black Badger workshop, set loose with an industrial coffee grinder and some unsuspecting local shellfish…
